1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Rank Contractors ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Rank Contractors provides AI-powered digital marketing services for home service contractors, including but not limited to:

  • Custom SEO website design and development
  • Google Business Profile management and optimization
  • Content marketing and blog creation
  • Backlink campaign management
  • Real human dispatch and call answering services
  • Monthly performance reporting and analytics

3. Subscription and Payment

Our services are provided on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the monthly fee as stated on our pricing page. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle.

  • The base subscription includes up to 20 dispatched appointments per month. Additional appointments are billed at $5 per appointment.
  • Optional backlink upgrade packages are available at additional cost as outlined on our pricing page.
  • All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days' written notice. Upon cancellation:

  • Your website and content will remain live through the end of your current billing period.
  • You retain ownership of your website content and any original materials created for your business.
  • Dispatch services will be discontinued at the end of the billing period.
  • There are no cancellation fees or penalties.

5. 24-Hour Launch Guarantee

We guarantee your SEO website will be live within 24 hours of our kickoff call. Your Google Business Profile will be fully optimized within the first week, and initial ranking signals will be established immediately. If we fail to deliver on these milestones, we will continue working at no additional cost until they are met.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best results, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information, including services offered, service areas, and contact details.
  • Grant necessary access to your Google Business Profile and other relevant accounts.
  • Respond to communications in a timely manner when input is needed.
  • Not engage in practices that could harm your online reputation or violate search engine guidelines.

7. Intellectual Property

Content created specifically for your business (website copy, blog posts, images) is owned by you upon full payment. Our proprietary systems, tools, templates, and methodologies remain the property of Rank Contractors.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver the best possible results, we cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic volumes, or lead counts. Search engine algorithms are controlled by third parties and are subject to change. Our obligation is to employ industry best practices and make continuous improvements to your online presence.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the business relationship. This includes business strategies, customer data, financial information, and marketing methodologies.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration in the state of Washington.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and will take effect 30 days after notification. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
